Inormally don’t write reviews because I expect a service provider to deliver what they advertise, but I had to take the time to give praise where it’s due. The maintenance team, specifically Lyons, came through and did exactly what needed to be done in a professional manner. I was met with a greeting, an explanation of the issue, a solution to resolve it, and finally a back brief on all completed work along with what remains and the expected timeline. Great work and excellent customer service!!!
I've stayed at Casa Mira View on three different occasions for work, the last stay was for seven months. It was a great experience every time. The apartments are beautiful, large, and the staff is really friendly. Being away from family for over half of the year is tough so I worked out a lot to stay busy. The staff at High Voltage Fitness made me feel like family. Chris, Rudy, and Johnnie didnt have to acknowledge me at all, but they did. They went out of their way to make me feel at home. Jorge R. Is absolutely wonderful! No one likes to have to call maintenence but Jorge is like having an old friend over to do you a favor. Very nice, gives good tips, and does a great job.
