The maintenance crew has received special recognition for their promptness and dedication, with residents highlighting the exceptional service provided by individuals like Jorge and Gerson. Despite some concerns about tandem parking and move-in readiness, Casa Mira View remains a well-maintained community with clean facilities and a supportive atmosphere, making it a desirable place to live.
So far it’s been a great experience for us, for the most part. Just the tandem parking we wish they did not have. It’s very inconvenient in every way. When we moved in, our unit was not “move-in ready” despite multiple times I’ve asked and confirmed move in date and it they continued to reassure it will be ready. We moved in and there were multiple blue tapes which later on found out they meant “repairs needed.” Some of those have not been addressed yet, and we’ve been here for 2 months.
Overall, the unit is nice. The best part is their maintenance crew are nice and prompt. Special shout out to Gerson, their maintenance here. He is the best! Very nice person. He is a hard worker and very dedicated! He is very knowledgeable and always make sure things are fixed. He should get an employee award!
Jorge R. was truly a delight to work with! He was incredibly kind, respectful, and efficient — he completed all the maintenance work so quickly and smoothly. I even had a few extra things that needed fixing, and I assumed there would be an extra charge. But Jorge, being the sweet and genuine person he is, didn’t ask for anything — just kindly requested a review. That alone speaks volumes about his character and work ethic. It’s rare to come across someone so honest, professional, and humble. Thank you, Jorge — you’re amazing!
I have been here for 18 months and I have to say this apartment has the greatest maintenance teams. Cristian is a professional, he did a great a job at fixing my blind and a shoutout to Sauls also. This apartment has great management in general.
