This was my first experience of getting a new vehicle that was a lemon. Guess I've been lucky, don't wish it on anyone as it was such a terrible experience.

Looked at a lot of Yelp reviews, but Debbie stood out and my gut told me to reach out even though she was based in San Diego when I live in the Bay Area and purchased the vehicle in Colma, CA.

This review is long overdue. Mere words cannot describe how thrilled I am by Debbie's firm, her and her team's tenacious efforts, and the phenomenal outcome which surpassed my wildest expectations. Like many innocent car purchasers who did not know any better, I was swindled into believing the automobile I was acquiring would be the be-all and end-all of my transportation needs. However, the unethical and sleazy salesperson failed to apprise me of certain facts about this car that could jeopardize not only my livelihood and quality of life, but also contain a latent defect which could cost me my life .
