Awesome service. Maryna from By The Book Plumbing was extremely helpful and provided great detail as to what needed to be fixed and showed exactly why it was broken. She arrived on time and went right to the problem. Diagnosed the problem, and gave me repair options and a quote. Performed the task quickly and efficiently. I would definitely use them again.
Outstanding service! Very professional and safe and very knowledgeable and thorough. Dean and his assistant recently installed a new hot water heater in my home. I was extremely impressed with By The Book Plumbing from my initial contact all the way through to the completed job. They were prompt, efficient, courteous, and extremely professional. Best experience I have ever had with any crew. Our shower faucet broke in the evening and we had to turn the water off to the house. I called Dean and they were out first thing the following morning. This was a tricky repair, and they got it done quickly, and correctly. Will definitely use them for all my plumbing needs. Thank you!
