I was a little concerned when a woman called from Drain Patrol a little before clout scheduled time and said Alex would be arriving in 20 to 30 minutes and he arrived on time. What concerned me is that he arrived without wearing a company uniform and he was working from a pickup truck that did not have any signage identifying Drain Patrol. He understood our clogged toilet well and he said he had to go out to his truck and he was out there a long time and then came back and said he had worked all weekend and was working to find something he needed so he could clear our drain. He finally came and worked on our toilet and he got the toilet so it could flush pretty well....read full review
