We were in desperate need of getting an electrical piece of equipment repaired... Other companies said I could drop it off and they would get to it with in a week or so. That doesn't really work when you need the equipment on a daily basis! Alfredo not only took care or the equipment he was very patient and thorough with the piece. It turned out to be something different than what I brought it in for but he took the time to fix it right on the spot!
Thank you so much for your kind help when we really needed it! We will definitely be using BRILLIANT for our electrical needs!
