I started with planning innovation in December and have had no results from their branding at all. Not one call not anything. You pay $4000 and you get nothing! I would never use them again. Save your money go to another company

If their sales prospecting is any indication of how they relate to their customers by creating understanding and empathy, count me out. Both parties I spoke with had a lot of words to say and were well-versed on handling my objections. What they are not as trained in is understanding that for a customer to commit to a four-figure marketing spend on the same day they solicit your business. Sorry, but my research tells me to be skeptical. Especially curious during the sales call "demo", which drug on and on, the rep alluded to a patriotic certification because of their support for veterans.
