I did the deep tissue full body massage with infrared sauna after words and works can’t describe how it incredible it was. I feel like a million bucks. She listened to my requests and let my body’s natural release of tension guide her movements. Very professionally well done. I will be coming back and telling my friends. Thank you so much
Monica has healing hands! She is the best masseuse in San Diego. She has healed an neck kink I had last year and continues to get rid of all my knots and stress. She even does cupping and other practices to help heal the body. I truly admire her expertise and skills. She has a beautiful office with plants hanging in the walls to cleanse the air and bring life to the space. The music is always soothing and the oils she uses on the body feel relaxing. I always leave better than when I came in. I always feel full of love and joy too! She is a MUST see if you need an AMAZING masseuse. Thank you for everything Monica!
Monica is super fit and so she intuitively understands where tension occurs in the body and does a great job at helping to ease it. Best sports massage I've had in a long time so I am definitely returning. Highly recommended!
