I am active duty. The waist to height ratio came out February 27th. I’ve spent years relying on making my max weight which is 124. The older I got, the harder I’ve had to work for this. I’ve always had to cut right before. When the waist to height ration came out, I had no option but to admit I needed more help. Obviously I resorted to some unhealthy habits that I do not recommend. I got 4 treatments of laser lipo with cavitation and lymphatic drainage. Omg the stubborn fat I couldn’t get rid of melted off! Everyone here is so sweet and they have amazing monthly deals. So affordable and great if you have a wedding and want to get rid of stubborn fat areas. Stay away from sugar! It really makes a difference and I’m so glad I tried this. Thank you to all the lovely ladies at the spa. This place is amazing and helped me so much with my confidence. ?
