Attempted to Book with their prenatal massage, Required an appointment, which i texted the number required. The context then states other requirements but not specifics. Says to provide code, which I would gladly do at the appointment so it was not redeemed prior to appointment. I provided a screenshot of proof the groupon was indeed purchased and what the service was for. I am 6.5 months pregnant, and her/his responses back came off combative and abrasive especially for a company that is supposed to provide relaxation and zen. Merchant texts are attached, Use of explanation points and telling me i can feel free to get a refund is not what you would call a welcoming environment. Luckily Groupon agreed and refunded me, but I want to still leave a review of my experience with this merchant as it was unprofessional and disrespectful to treat a pregnant client with such tone and agitation and telling me it was a free service when in fact I paid full service so it just super off putting. I did not continue to do business with this merchant as it left me uncomfortable and did not want to have a massage from someone that came off rude prior to ever meeting me. I am pregnant and energy is everything. I have to protect my energy and my baby.

This was the best massage and facial that I have ever had. Eseka was very attentive and welcoming when I first got there and throughout my whole session. She asked what my needs were and what I wanted to receive. She was professional and personable at the same time. I loved the privacy and the one on one attention. I have already recommended her services to my friends and I plan to return. It was great and so relaxing!

I received my first cupping massage with Eseka on Friday. She made me feel fully comfortable and I had the best massage from her. I was nervous about pain from the cupping but it wasn't painful at all. I could have slept/ rested there all day! I will definitely be coming back and will be recommending her to friends and family.
