Lauren was everything I needed to get back to feeling great after having pinched nerves and severe neck and arm pain. She was super gentle and after two sessions I’m feeling great and looking forward to my next one.

Lauren is awesome. This is my second time going to her and I wish I could book time to nap after, I’m just so relaxed once we are done with our session. I am active, so she really knows how to attend to my muscles aches and I feel much better. Looking forward to my next session.

Lauren is truly amazing. I’ve been seeing her monthly for about 7 years. When she was first recommended by my chiropractor for some pain and tension I had from my desk job, I was hesitant. At the time, massage was not my jam, but Lauren changed all that. For my first session, she answered my endless questions and really put me at ease.
