I emailed for an estimate for a rug cleaning and I received the most thoughtful and helpful response! Lisa let me know they couldn't safely clean my rug, explained why (in great depth!), offered suggestions and alternative methods that might work instead of a professional cleaning, and shared advice on what to look for when rug shopping in the future. I really appreciated the response and it kind of makes me want to find a rug they can clean, just so I can support the business.

This family owned business was absolutely amazing. i had a rug with moth damage - they were able to identify the extent of the problem and provide advice through several emails, ultimately resulting in the rug being disposed of. I didn't end up using their services to clean and restore, yet they continued to communicate with me and provide help with the disposal and offer advice for future purchasing of a new rug. This level of honest service will be rewarded with my future business! Thank you Lisa and Chris!
