Kurt took great care of me at Black Market! Called for a day-of appt and he kindly fit me into his schedule. Convenient location and the whole shop had a great vibe - good music, clean, comfy aesthetic, genuine customer service and welcoming energy. I stopped by this barbershop for the first time the other day and had a great experience. Blake cut my hair right before I had to head out of town, and he absolutely came through. He took his time, listened to what I wanted, and made sure everything was dialed in before I left the chair.
Pricing was more than fair, the shop was clean, easy to get to, and parking was convenient—which always matters. I appreciated that Blake gave me exactly what I asked for but also shared a few suggestions based on his experience, which made the cut even better.
Overall, it was well worth it. I’ll definitely be back.

First time visiting the shop and definitely wont be my last. Atmosphere was on point, and the shop overall was very welcoming and clean. Kurt cut my hair today, and I'm truly mad it has taken me this long to find this gem! I got hooked up with a cut and shave, feeling like a brand new man. We stumbled upon Black Market Barbershop when my 10 year old daughter wanted a heart carved into the side of her head. The owner sat her right down, in between clients, and did his thing. It turned out perfect, my daughter was over the moon. When we asked him how much it was he said "that's on me". Very nice place, and people. We aren't surprised to see all his excellent reviews this barbershop has, as the team there seemed very professional and nice.

1 star for the barber and two for the shop itself. May try again with different barber but if your're going to charge double Sports Clips then the service should atleast be twice as better. A 1hr service done in 15 minutes flat. No products, no convo, no upsale, ZERO DETAIL. I should have known better but never again will I trust a barber who isn't even lined up himself. How are you gonna make me look fresh when you're lookin as rough as me? Store looked clean and nice, had refreshments but I was never offered one. This has become all too typical: make the barbershop look badass and put substandard barbers in there and charge high pricing for the location Nobody cares about all that store glam when they walk out $70 lighter with a $20 Fantastic Sam's cut for the next month.
