I suspected my 10 week old puppy had a bladder infection. They took her right in, did the appropriate testing, prescribed the right medication & she's already feeling much better. They proactively call to check on her & we've set up a follow up exam to ensure that she's 100% well. I have every confidence in Bernardo Heights Veterinary Hospital. They always provide above & beyond excellent care. I am grateful for the personal love & attention they have given all my (9) dogs over the past 20 years. Wouldn't have taken them anywhere else. Not only do I love everyone at the office but also my lab gets so excited to see them. They are so sweet and kind as my dog is now undergoing her 2nd surgery for a torn maniscus and I wouldn't take her anywhere else.
