Ashley did my brows so well!! She helped get out an ingrown hair that has been bugging me so much. She helped me achieve the nice thin look I wanted for my eyebrows. I left satisfied but I ended up going back to buy the products she used for my brows. She recommended other benefit products and now my makeup is sooo nice🤩

Do NOT get your brows waxed by Ashley K.!!! I got my brows waxed a couple of days ago and right after the wax my face was BURNING.Then as the day progressed the areas around my eyebrows were very red and one part was swollen. She ruined the skin around my brows and I am really hoping it does not leave permanent scaring. I used to get my brows waxed by another lady and this has never happened to my skin until now, so I KNOW it is an issue with the way Ashley did my brows. I'm usually not picky about my brows, but since this left red marks (which may or may not be permanent) and pain on my face I will also make a complaint with the company. Stay clear of Ashley.

I've been going to the brow bar for years. I have visited the brow bar at Eastridge, Los Gatos and Oakridge. I also have visited the Brow Bar inside Ulta. It is the Benefit Team that makes the clients keep coming back. Find the person who best fits your eyebrow needs.
