I had a chance to visit San Diego and found out this very nice and peaceful place for both me and my daughter. Kristy did a wonderful jobs on my gel mani-pedi. She is down to earth and fun to talk to. She cares for her clients and always offers healthy drinks and yogurt. Kristy has been doing my nails since 2013. She does excellent work, and is a kind and thoughtful person. She has great attention to detail and my nails always look perfect. In short Pros: Kristy is nice and patient Cons: immature skillset, incomplete hair strokes, create empty spots, high price range but low skillset I'm writing this review particularly for the eyebrow microblading. Kristy was nice and patient, I really like her personality. However, her skillset for eyebrow microblading is not mature. This was my third times getting an eyebrow microblade. The last two I went to a popular place in LA, which the person was highly experienced. Every single hair she tattooed stayed on my skin and it's all clear. But the one Kristy tattooed faded out immediately on the second day. Instead of some natural looking hair lines, both tails of my eyebrow are all dot dot lines. Her touch up didn't improve it. I know this is her skillset issue because I have never had this problem from my last two microblading treatment. Also the head of the right brow has an obvious empty spot. It appeared the second day right after the first microblade treatment, waited for a month, I specified wanted it to be fixed, but it's the some. For someone who charges a professional price, I would expected to receive a professional service. Plus her price point is on the high range, even more expensive than the LA one I have been to. Very disappointed to discover her skillset is obviously not mature.

Phet is my favorite nail technician! I initially came to her because I had a big toe ingrown. She was honest and upfront that it'll take 4-5 times to get my nails to its normal shape and she suggested that I don't do nail art the first few 2-3 times depending on how my nails grow out. I love come visiting her! My gel pedi last about 4-6 weeks and I wish they last shorter so I can come to her often lol Her sessions usually last about 1.5 hr to 2 hrs depending on if you want nail art with her. She never let me wait more than 10 minutes and she's fairly easy to book. She books up fast so don't think too much lol ALSO, I have never been to a nail place where they take longer to clean up your nails than doing the nail art- that just shows you how much Phet cares about your nail health. She's very detailed-orientated. If I tell her I'm not feeling comfortable with some of my toes, she'll fix it right away and ask how I feel about them immediately after. I can't get enough of her!! Her taste of art is great too if you let her pick! She's really good at picking what nail art suits your personality. Need I say more? Go check our girl out!

Both Kristy and Phet are amazing! If I could give more than five stars I definitely would. I'm so happy with my pedicures. I used to have issues with both ingrown and split nails but they both work their magic and make my feet look fantastic. The salon is clean, private, and quite relaxing. Their professional expertise is impressive and You will also love their upbeat personalities!

OMG! I was recently in San Diego on business and had a bit of time to pamper myself. I checked Google to find out who could provide a pedicure in the area in which I was staying. Several salons popped up but Beauty Care by Kristy was the only one with 5 stars across the board. I read through the reviews and knew that I had to try it. I called same day and they were able to fit me in but only at 730p (30 minutes after they closed!). I felt bad but went anyway. I am so glad I did. Two wonderful hours later I left there with my feet feeling better than I can remember!!! I get pedicures once or twice a month at home but this was 100 times better. If you have a chance to go, don't pass it up! Ask for the lady that works with Kristy. Unfortunately I can't remember her name. But it is only Kristy and this young lady. She is wonderful!
