I get my perms here every 6 months or so. Fast service. Hair looks beautiful! I never need to call for an appt. She always takes me even when I don’t have an appt bc I’ve been a long time customer. She’s the best! Super kind and friendly!

Gave a really horrible perm and claimed it would look like my photo. Doesn’t know what she’s doing and scammy. She overcharged for the perm saying $300 after I said other places charge $500. I knew she would do it for cheaper in actuality as a friend called she said she’d do it for less than $200. Cut off and thinned my hair so she could save money on the perm. I asked her to NOT cut or thin it and she started messing up my hair on purpose. I kept asking her why? She gave little answer and wouldn’t listen to me. Had no clue what chemicals she used when I asked. Doesn’t care about customers. Only accepts cash because she refuses refund. Don’t ever come here unless you’re firm with what you want or speak Mandarin Chinese. Don’t come here at all.

I asked for a Korean perm and it came out perfect. It was exactly how it was shown in my picture I showed Annie. It was only $70 and took around an hour. She has a loyal customer now 👍
