This is a great place to do ballet. Alisha and Meghan really know their stuff. I'm very new to dancing and this was my first performance. They were very nice to me, answering every question I had. When I wasn't feeling well and had to leave class early, they didn't fuss. They are very understanding. -Teresa

I go here for pilates and the classes are a weekly highlight for me. Alli gives attention to each individual and the right postures. This way I feel like improving and doing the exercises safely. There's a good mix between known and new exercises.

I took my first ballet class here since I was a very little kid a few weeks ago and it was awesome. The instructor was patient and positive and the other women in the class were so welcoming and helpful. The instructor explained the exercises well and even taught us the proper names in French. It was a great experience and I will definitely be back. For anyone worrying about what to wear to this class, you can honestly just wear leggings and a shirt and socks. I think they want you to purchase ballet shoes after the first few classes but you can wear socks for your first few classes to see if you like it enough to buy the shoes & continue with the classes. Tip: there is free parking in the parking lot outside of the studio but it's a busy parking lot so go early to make sure you can get a spot and get settled in.
