We had Ed Kroshchuk, he was extremely professional and helpful. Replaced and removed our old water while adding a water softner. He arrived earlier for our appointment because of the emergent nature of the leak and couldn't have asked for a more responsible friendly natured person. Highly recommend him and ARS.
Everyone from the estimator to the installers were great and easy to work with. The installation employees were very hard working; they worked long hours no breaks and did what ever was necessary to complete the installment.
My technician/installer, Edward, was one of most impressive service person that I have encountered. He was very polite, quite knowledgable and experienced. Edward was very clear in explaining my possible options. Excellent installation and follow through.
