We needed to rent our house after our jobs relocated us for 6 years. We used a local team first to get the house ready for renting. After over $13K, the house was still not ready and the paint job was awful. (They did do a couple of things pretty good - not ALL terrible.) But they couldn't get us to the rental ready condition and they already had been "working" on it for 6 months.
By this time we were broke and our property manager suggested we use Armor-Tek. TC was so gracious and listened to all the problems and fixed EVERYTHING both started and untouched.
