Everyone is very sweet and professional. Dr. Dos Santos is brilliant and shares her knowledge of recommendations for your pet while still respecting your decision. Overall, awesome experience - happy to know my pups have a great place to live a happy health!

We have received such warm and confident care with fast turnaround times for booking appointments, and clear strategies for helping us figure out our little bud's allergy issues. We've had great care from both Dr Chu and Dr Oh. There's no judgment and we feel very supported and listened to, and we appreciate that we never feel pressured with hard upsells (at our previous vet, it made it really difficult for us to gauge what was an actual pressing priority). At Ark, the recommended care approaches feel warranted and important, and all staff feel very caring and make our little dude feel so great that he actually gets excited to come to the vet!

Been going to this vet office for 30 years. Previous vet owner to the new owners. Great office, professional, knowledgeable, compassionate, smart, and friendly staff. Old an new staff treat everyone with care. They are wonderful with my dogs. I highly recommend this Vet office.

It was my desire to establish a new veterinary relationship for the puppy I am raising for Canine Companions since the vet I have used for years was purchased by a larger business. So thankful someone recommended Dr Chu and Ark Animal Hospital. From the moment we entered to a sign welcoming my puppy on his first visit, to the vet tech helping me to get my client file ready, to our time with Dr Chu - every bit the well-deserved 5-⭐️ rating!

Great but expensive as hell. They're really good at talking you into things for your animals that really aren't necessary unless they are sick or you are rich. But...they are good vets, so yeah-it's up to you.

I have been seeing this vet since we adopted my puppy almost 2.5 years ago. Unfortunately, they are very inconsistent with their messaging. They wrote me two prescriptions for my dog's medications- except one was for 6 doses and one was for 3. Their reasoning was that they couldn't legally write a prescription for my dog past their physical date. Which if that's the law- no problem, however, why is one for 6 and one for 3. Clearly the 6 doses would be past my dog's physical date. The front office staff's reasoning was that they are now being more stringent in following the law, which makes me question how many other things are not in compliance. Ultimately left me with an untrustworthy feeling. There have been other things such as pre-payment policies before services occur if you miss an appointment (I had Covid) whereas most offices do payments when services are rendered. Will not be bringing my dog back. It feels as though their customer service and quality of care have declined.
