I finally had the right dishwasher installed by Frank (Francisco). Super nice guy. He did everything so clean and fast. Took all the packaging, left my kitchen spotless. I was hoping that AIS would have sent some message of apology for the 2nd install attempt but this was redemption. Frank went through the dishwasher maintenance and things to watch after he ran a test wash. No leaks, everything is good.

I purchased appliances from Costco and this company was assigned installation of dishwasher and microwave. They indicated the need for a GFCI outlet and when I asked whose requirement that was they said Costco which made no sense. I asked if it could be a code issue and they started to scream that I needed to call Costco and it was no there problem . They said they would leave my appliances in my living room if I did not like it. I called Costco and they worked with me on the issue. I had no idea but in the background this company called Costco and cancelled the install so now I have the appliances sitting in my living room. AIS sent Sal out to our home to install a Bosh Dishwasher, he really did an outstanding job explaining the product, how it should work and what to look for down the road. He fully tested it before he let to ensure it was working properly. If you are buying an appliance from Costco, ask them to use AIS for installation. Well worth the time.
