I gave Shain an old PC, my older laptop, and a new PC (that he recommended) to work some magic and make better. He put some upgrades in the old PC to make it function better than when I bought it new, updated the laptop with the same result, and made a requested modification to the new PC for my own custom purposes. He nailed each task in a very reasonable amount of time and at very reasonable rates. Finding quality people to do honest business can be challenging, especially in this space. Shain is one of the good ones, for sure!
I recently took my MacBook to an authorized Apple repair center and was shocked to receive a quote of nearly $600 just to recover my data and run a diagnostic test. Fortunately, I discovered Shain, who not only recovered all my data but also fixed my laptop at a significantly lower cost. His prices are extremely competitive, and the service is top-notch. A month ago, I reached out to Shain to get help with my Macbook Air after it came into contact with some water. He was able to order a replacement screen promptly and replace it. Unfortunately, I was having some camera issues with the replacement only a few weeks later (a rare issue he noted) so he quickly, without any hesitancy, took it back and replaced it. He's professional, responsive, and so easy to work with! Thank you Shain! :)
