They were supposed to refund me if February for a pre paid package due to them not being able to provide my services before I moved due to a leak. This was before COVID. They confirmed they would refund hundreds of dollars and never have. No decency to even return calls or texts since April and took money that wasn't theirs. Now their number is disconnected.

I paid 500$ last Black Friday to have a treatment done this year. The clinic closed longtime BEFORE pandemic and never texted me back when I tried to make an appt. I'm super upset. I trusted them

Very disappointed to have to write this review. I have been going to this medical spa for micro-needling for many years. They offered a special back in November if you pre purchased services. I bought 250$ worth. In January I tried booking an appointment; said the office was closed for renovations. Never returned calls, cannot reach them online. Basically they stole 250$ from me. I'm going to dispute the charges with my credit card company, but this is a major disappointment.
