This is hands down the best beauty salon I've visited to date. Right off the bat the staff are super considerate and on the ball with their customer service. As soon as I scheduled an appointment (on their well designed website) I received a helpful text from them with tips and tricks to make my appointment as easy as possible. They even texted me after the fact to make sure I was satisfied! The decor is cute and trendy without being overwhelming. The salon itself gives off really relaxing vibes. They even have a small area in the waiting room to browse high quality cosmetics. Teresa was my esthetician and I cannot recommend her enough. She's super sweet and great at what she does. My wax was quick and easy and she made sure I was relaxed and educated about the whole process. If the quality of service wasn't amazing enough, the prices are so reasonable! Plus they have a great loyalty program which I plan to make full use of. Thank y'all so much, Angelica B!
