I had an amazing experience at the undercarriage north park! Malinda and Jeanette are incredibly professional and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. The place is clean, and the esthetician was meticulous, ensuring a perfect result. I highly recommend them for their excellent service and friendly atmosphere!
Jeanette is hands down the best waxer i have ever experienced. I have gotten bikini waxes in the past and they were so painful, plus i felt zero empathy from the waxers. Jeanette is the opposite, i told her about my low pain tolerance and she took me seriously, took her time, and i ended up going back month after month for FULL Brazilian waxes and eventually hardly felt a thing as she was working her magic.
I had a terrific experience at The Undercarriage. Melinda is an absolute treasure—friendly, knowledgeable, and answered every question I had. Her attention to detail is remarkable and it’s clear she is dedicated to her craft. We need to reward local businesses like this; they are the backbone of our community. Highly recommended! ~ Peter G. University Heights
