This is my 2nd favorite place to be next to Disneyland!! I can't express how wonderful this staff is! I love my wellness therapist Jenna! She is amazing, magical, and phenomenal wrapped in one being! I found Calm under the duress of my former therapist leaving my former wellness center after 15yrs. I was anxious when I first came to Calm, but those nerves dissipated as soon as I met with my first therapist Dr Ciara. She was also wonderful but I felt Jenna was more tailored to my needs. Either way I feel you will find all your healing needs here! Thank you so much Calm San Diego!!

I've been visiting Calm San Diego for over a year. I initially came here because I had a back injury that wasn’t improving with medicine. I called for an urgent appointment, and Angela kindly scheduled me for the very next day with Jenna. I've had the pleasure of seeing all of them, and they’re all wonderful—they each have their own special approach and truly healing hands. Calm is my favorite “me time spot”.
