John at America's Finest Carpet Company, 7475 Clairemont Mesa Blvd, was quite knowledgeable and helpful in the selection of our new carpet. Carpet samples were available and made easy to take home for evaluation. John made a no cost visit to our house and provided a carpet layout and installation layout. The carpet installers were very professional and did a wonderful job installing out carpet. Seams were kept to a minimum and are not visible at all. Very impressed with the the installation.
Requested carpet cleaning service on Thursday, they were able to take me Saturday morning! They gave me a window of 9am-1pm. I thought it would be closer to 1pm but Alfred called me at about 9:00 to find the right unit number. My house was not ready and I hadn't vacuumed (I work late nights) but Alfred was SO NICE and SO PATIENT!!!! He let me finish getting some items off the floor and vacuum before he started. He finished in an hour and my apartment looks AMAZING. This review is for Alfred, thank you so so so so much!!!! 5 stars!! He's a gem!
