Reb did a full cut-in HVAC installation about 5 years ago and the system has been working fantastically ever since. Not only did he provide a great quote, but he and his team were consummate professionals, courteous, and ridiculously fast without making us feel rushed. Since then, Reb has periodically followed up to make sure we are still happy with the system. Additionally, we have had a couple of minor service calls over the years. Each time Reb answered the call and was at our house within a couple of hours to successfully troubleshoot and fix the problem. I can't recommend Reb enough! Thank you for your help and I won't hesitate to call again!

We were really lucky to have picked Ambient when our AC failed. Reb answered our call and was at our house within half an hour (he was on his way home and near us). He found the problem (clogged condensate drain pipe) and fixed it quickly. He also found and fixed a problem with the original installation. Competent, friendly, reasonable price. Absolutely first rate.

Thanks Reb for my HVAC Installation. Installed a brand new 16 Seer HVAC at a very reasonable price. it was the middle of summer and he managed to get it all done in 2 days.Extremely impressed and glad he was able to relocate my furnace into the attic. Other companies charged an outrageous amount.His knowledge really set him apart from any of competition.thanks for making my house cool again :)

Reb and his partner Lee both came out to install my new furnace as a subcontractor from my Sears furnace purchase. Reb made sure to stay in touch and give me an arrival time. He called morning of to confirm and arrived very close to his arrival time. They surveyed the situation and got right to work. They did a great job and were friendly during the whole process. They got it installed and did a great job sealing it with tape, etc. looks beautiful. They then tested it out and made sure everything was working and communicating, including my AC unit in the back. Reb then showed it to me, explained everything, and gave me the instructions manual. He also let me know what to do if I ever purchase a 2-stage thermostat. They then did a great job cleaning up all debris in the garage. I will be going to Ambient Heating for any future repair and/or service. Thank you both.

We needed to replace an ancient downstairs heater and Reb was referred to us by a family friend. Not only was his response time excellent, but he was able to talk us through all options, and help us come to the right decision. The work was done quickly, properly, cleanly and at what I thought was an extremely fair price. I can't tell you what a relief it is having the downstairs safe and toasty warm. A contractor that I hired had Reb do my new AC install. He corrected the problems created by the original installer and worked fast and efficiently. He did an awesome, professional job.When my drain clogged (for condensation 2 years later), his float switch worked perfectly. When I called a couple of years later (due to my drain clogging; plumbing, not his work), he returned my call, as hoped.He installed my awesome new AC system a couple of years ago, and was so great, I realized that I owed him this review, as I like to recognize the best there is.
