There aren't enough adjectives to describe how Brit has kept my body in peak condition. Incredible, amazing, life-saving, and simply the best all come to mind.

I got a bodywork session with Britt as a birthday present. I wasn't having any true pain to begin with and didn't expect huge changes following the bodywork. Turns out, I just didn't realize how great I can feel without the tension in my neck and chronic knots in my upper back. Britt found all of them and made them disappear. She is a real expert with a magic touch and the kindest human being.
Britt is incredible. She is so kind and really cared about helping me get better. She went above and beyond my expectations. I have felt relief from back pain and am now thinking more positively about getting back into my normal physical routine!
