Albertsons Floral

This is probably the worst Albertsons I've ever been to. For starters, the aisle layout makes no sense. If you're not already familiar with this store, it's surprisingly difficult to find basic items. There were a few things I needed that should have been easy to locate, but I couldn't find them anywhere. Finding help was just as frustrating. I ended up using self-checkout, and when my card wouldn't work, I called for customer service. An employee was standing right behind me, yet no one came over to assist. Don't come here after 9 PM or you are 100% going to have a negative experience. The store is understaffed and expect to wait 20 to 30 minutes the checkout line while the store has more security guards than workers.

This is the second time I've bought mango mochi and they're all melted; it's in very poor taste. This is complete negligence on Albertson's part regarding their products.
