I'm so happy I found Sports Performance after a work injury that really took over my life. Christian is such an asset and a very thoughtful/thorough trainer. He takes the time to deep dive on your situation/injury and creates a unique and effective program to help rehabilitate you. Now that i'm finally feeling better from my injury I am working with Christian on general strengthening and am loving the process of learning and getting stronger. Christian is a one of kind trainer!
A friend from my CrossFit gym referred me to SP after I complained about my cracking and popping knees that have only gotten worse since high school. She said she has knee issues but they were solved over a few months of PT. So my husband and I went to try it out. I had never done PT before so I wanted to try out the first free session to see if it was something I could use.

Dr. Brandon helped me resolve my longstanding shoulder issue (partially torn rotator cuff + tendonosis), so I could get back to my passion of being a mediocre disc golfer. During the process there were several plateaus and setbacks, but we were able to push through thanks to his creativity and patience. As a bonus, Dr. Brandon is enjoyable to talk to and seems to genuinely care about my success. Would strongly recommend his services
