My Mom was scheduled on March 15th for her regular checkup, but I wasn't able to take her that day, so I called to reschedule for today instead, luckily they had a spot opened for Dr Ryan Phan instead of Paul Huynh since these guys sharing the same office.The appointment was initially at 2 PM, we came about 1:30 to make sure we can find parking and fill out all the paperwork. As indicated on the sign, even if you showed up on time, they won't see you in that order depending on what the condition they will see whoever needed first.So the assistant brought my Mom in for about 10 mins after 2, but the doctor didn't see her until 3 PM. That was a long time which I felt that was forever since I had some place to go and matters to attend, but I'm glad it's over until the next visit 6 months later.
