I love coming here for my pedicures! Lorna is the best and is very detail oriented. I had my toe nails break and she’s helped me grow them out healthy. I also love the Vietnamese coffee they offer

Super kind and patient with me (who is not used to getting Mani/pedi) and my 5 year old daughter. They gave great service, great polish, and very kind treatment. I highly recommend!

I showed the lady a picture of what I wanted, just green nails with pink flowers. A simple design. The flowers are very sloppy and badly done. Never mind that the design looks nothing like my picture, the flowers are smeared and not even symmetrical. My boyfriend paid over 100 dollars for this. If you want a decent nail design, don’t come here. Literally the ugliest nails ever. I asked the lady multiple times if she needed to look at the picture again and she said no.

I feel uncomfortable leaving negative reviews but I sadly won’t ever come back here I don’t think. I know it’s hard to have a small business but they do need to shift the quality and service approach to keep customers.
I came for a pedicure my boyfriend had booked and felt very pressured by owner to get my nails done too. I am very particular about my nails and had planned to get gel-x extensions at a place I trust. The owner (I believe) kept pushing me and initially tried to get me to do acrylics even though I said I had planned on gel-x extensions. She pushed more and I gave in when she said they could do gel-x. At that point I should’ve had better boundaries and said no to getting nails done there.
To be clear: they do not have gel-x brand extensions. She used an off brand with very goopy application on the gel to attach the extension. She didn’t prep my nails well. There was so much gel overflow on the back and sides during application. I asked if she was going to clean it up before curing, and she said no after. (It was not well cleaned up after and I went home with very chunky hard pieces of gel on the backs of my nails and sides.)
Also on one of my hands the gel was not cured all the way at first (I could feel it was mushy) and she tried to say it was cured. I had to push to get my hand put back in the light to make sure I didn’t have a reaction to uncured gel.
Worst part is literally the next day my pinky nail lifted and popped off. I was just typing at my computer. I then gently pressure tested the rest of the nails and they popped off easier than kids press-on nails from the dollar store.
She did not prep my nail well before application even when I asked about nail prep. Gel was applied so goopy it went to the skin. Nail extension size wasn’t consistent across and my thumb had exposed natural nail on the edges. Gel was poor quality and not cured consistently. Tips themselves were off brand quality. It all led to them not lasting a day.
Giving 2 stars instead of 1 because the person who did my pedicure did a good job and was very clean and thorough. She was also very nice and did not pressure me.
Also, I wanted to tip the gals who did my pedicure and my boyfriend’s pedicure individually through Venmo. Owner tried to pressure me in sending her all the money directly. I pushed for the Venmo QR codes for the other ladies. She said oh I don’t have my phone. But then finally pulled out sheets with QR codes for each person. She still didn’t have the QR code for Mia who did my pedicure so I just had to trust that she was actually going to send her the $20 tip. I hope she did.
We spent $210 for 2 deluxe pedicures (with paraffin and gel polish for mine) and the nails. Plus $60 on tips for 3 people.

My niece brought me here and the staff was incredibly kind and attentive. They also offered an array of beverages including Vietnamese iced coffee! Liz was absolutely fabulous and so sweet. She did a phenomenal job and I can see why my niece continues to go back to her.

I wanted to support a local business but I can never go back in here, I'm driving back to my normal place in La Mesa from Normal Heights from now on. I went in to get the gel and product taken off my nails and get normal polish put on (also just to scope it out was hoping I'd find a new local nail spot). I left with cuts and my cuticles weren't fully taken care of. She kept cutting me with the small clippers in the same spot each time. I let her know it hurt but gave her the benefit of the doubt maybe she was new, but man it hurt then to realize just how many cuts there were putting it in acetone for a second dip was so painful (again I let her know). While finishing the cuticles, I had her skip two fingers because she broke skin a little deeper than the others and I really was just ready to go. I just wanted the gel off. She also immediately cut my nails super short without asking. They did apologize and only charge me for the gel taken off ($25) which is steep but that's what I got. They initially tried to charge $40 but she brought it back only after physically seeing the cut which they made me take the bandage off for while it was still gushing which hurt! Not to mention, she kept taking the cotton away when I tried to put pressure on it and tried to put lotion over it :( never wanted to get up so bad. I said it was okay it happens so I paid, but even the day after my nails and fingertips are sore and hurting. Was cute inside but that's all.

Overhyped because of the video on Tik tok . I went for builder gel & I found out by my new tech that they haven't been filing down the nail & just adding the builder gel on top of the old builder gel so my nails were lumpy . They also didn't even bother to file my nails to make them similar Length . Polish nail in Santee is way better priced and quality is unmatched . Also they do the nails while getting a pedi , so your hand is turned toward the tech and the nails are all uneven because of that as well . But if you do go to polish nail Ask for Anna
