I bought solar from this company. I switched internet providers and needed to reconnect my solar system to the internet. Seems like it should be easy to do, but apparently not the case. I contacted Action for help and found out that they're no longer in the solar business. I don't remember being given this information from Action. I was given another company's name. I was driving and asked the person if he would email me the information. That never happened. It's amazing to me that a company like Action would just abandon a percentage of their customers the minute solar became more difficult to sell. I purchased my system less than four years ago and now I'm on my own, I guess.

Action Air follow up with their work...had a small problem they had to come back for and they did without hesitation...Keith was polite and educated me about what was happening...he is the embodiment of service...great job Keith!

Keith was awesome! Very personable. Repaired ductwork and inspected to make sure everything was sealed. Would definitely request him again.

Tried to schedule service for my elderly parents home after having a new system installed by the same company, Action Air, last year.
After install service is non existent and it seems they will take advantage of elderly customers to appease their obvious lack of technicians. We have had nothing but headaches dealing with this unprofessional company and after 3 reschedules and last minute excuses why they are wasting our time, we have given up dealing with this company.
I can only guess the good reviews on google must have been bought because we have had nothing but problems dealing with this company lately.
My suggestion, take your buisness elsewhere for any HVAC services you need unless you like to waste your valuable time and money. They obviously don't care.

Wish I could rate lower. The way one of their operators was driving on the road was horrendous and scary. I went out of my way to write this review because it was so bad. I will never use this company based off how aggressively their workers drive.

We’ve used this company twice now - excellent experience both times. The second time our tech was a guy named German Anguiano. He helped us out in the middle of the September 2024 heat wave (in Poway!). Action was able to get us an appointment in less than 24 hours! German was on time, really knew his stuff, helpful, diagnosed the problem immediately & fixed it just as quickly. Really great company and techs (both times! Just don’t recall the first guy’s name as it was a year ago). We will definitely continue to use Action & recommend them to others.

Update 6/26 - system is not operational and we have no AC during a heat wave. Work was apparently done poorly the first time around, and the “fix” 1 week afterwards just created new problems. Definitely would NOT recommend given the massive headache this has been…
New HVAC system install was an overall great experience - despite hiccups with a small space to work in for the furnace, the contractors and sales team worked with me to make sure we can install the unit on budget and on time. Ok workmanship with overall little cleanup needed post install.

Action Air did an excellent job replacing my furnace and air conditioning system. My electric and gas bills have gone down with the newer efficient units. They are professional and know what they're doing. I also received a rebate since I bought the units through Costco. I recommend them highly. Everything is warrantied through Costco.
