Action Air follow up with their work...had a small problem they had to come back for and they did without hesitation...Keith was polite and educated me about what was happening...he is the embodiment of service...great job Keith!
We’ve used this company twice now - excellent experience both times. The second time our tech was a guy named German Anguiano. He helped us out in the middle of the September 2024 heat wave (in Poway!). Action was able to get us an appointment in less than 24 hours! German was on time, really knew his stuff, helpful, diagnosed the problem immediately & fixed it just as quickly. Really great company and techs (both times! Just don’t recall the first guy’s name as it was a year ago). We will definitely continue to use Action & recommend them to others.
Action Air did an excellent job replacing my furnace and air conditioning system. My electric and gas bills have gone down with the newer efficient units. They are professional and know what they're doing. I also received a rebate since I bought the units through Costco. I recommend them highly. Everything is warrantied through Costco.
