We have been using a wonderful locksmith in a different area for 30 years, so we are hard to impress. What a JOY Sunny Everson was! He communicated his ETA, was punctual and professional, walked through the bid thoroughly and asked if we had any questions before he started, explained what he was doing (as I showed interest), and lubricated, cleaned and made everything better than he found it! He even righted one lock that was installed by someone else upside down! He was conscientious, proactive, and such attention to detail, on top of being one of the nicest people we have ever had the pleasure of doing business with! Thank you!!
We are adding a new bedroom and bath to our home and we went with 4 pocket doors. John, a true craftsman, came out today and spent all day installing pocket door latches and locks. He was hardworking, a true gentleman and did amazing job installing opening and lock sets for four solid pocket doors. This install can only be done by very few and John at Accruate is one of them. His bid appeared high at first but after seeing the work, I was thrilled to pay it.
Surprisingly, the digital lock on my home Safe malfunctioned. Being within warranty, my safe company sent a new lock to Accurate Security Pros to be installed. There was some confusion with the work order and few delays. However, when John showed up to fix my lock he was polite, professional, and experienced. John has reportedly been working on Safes/locks since 1984. He was able to troubleshoot the issue and get me up and running again. Would not hesitate to call him or accurate security pros again for future needs. Thanks!
