We had a Mitsubishi ductless sytem installed in four rooms of our house about 10 years ago. The 2T compressor died short of the 12 year warranty period. Repair or replace? We had 4 different Mitsubishi Diamond Contractors out to diagnose and give us bids. They were all over the board in terms of price and solution. Oleg from Accord Air shot straight from the hip, giving us the pros and cons to repairing versus replacing, with details on two different Mitsubishi models. Within a week, we were up and running again, after a one day installation! Accord Air replaced both the rooftop condenser and the HVAC unit inside my condo and did an excellent job. They were extremely reliable, communicated clearly, and completed the work efficiently.
I’ve had other contractors in the past who left a mess or didn’t do quality work—this was the opposite. He even came out on a holiday to assess the system when I had no heat. Everything was left relatively clean, and the pricing was very fair. Highly recommend!
Accord Air gave a very competitive price on a Bosch hybrid heat pump (Bosch 3 Ton 15 SEER2 Heat Pump Inverter Condenser / Bosch 96% efficiency Two Stage 80K BTU Gas Furnace). This replaced a 24 year old builder grade AC and furnace. Accord Air did a very clean install, and very happy with the performance of and quietness of system.
