Abbey Party Rents

We were a little late looking for a small of a few tables & 29 chairs. We'd been working with another company, but they happened to be booked and recommended Abbey Party Rentals. Props to the other company for the excellent recommendation! While Abbey was booked for delivery, they had the items we needed and we able to pick them up. From the moment I drove up to the moment I drove away after dropping everything off the following Monday (Fri-Mon rental) I couldn't have been more pleased. First of all this place is huge (to me) and from the first employee that waved me into the pick-up area to every employee that I ran into (~5-6) they were helpful in navigating to the office, explaining things, and I think they genuinely appreciated the awe in my face as I walked through the warehouse to the office. If you've never been it's absolutely amazing the work that goes on behind the scenes of a rental company that you would never know if you had items delivered. With paperwork completed in the office two guys loaded what I thought for sure would be 2 loads (30 min drive each way) into a single load in my SUV, complete with the load tied down (with their rope... which I was reminded to return. :) ).I waited to write the review until I returned the items to see if the return was as great as the pickup, and it was. They were not as busy so one employee unloaded the entire load, complemented me on the loading and securing the load. I had to tell him I took pictures when I got home so I could do it exactly the same and he started laughing and knew exactly who loaded/tied it down (said "he's the master" and thanked me for returning the rope).The initial work to set things up with Eilias was very efficient and helpful. Again, couldn't have been more pleased. My only tip was that while they have a HUGE selection of linens (that I was able to see in their showroom) we only needed basic black. The linens were a bit pricey so we opted to purchase them at about 1/2 the rental cost and that saved us considerable money. We will use both the linens, and Abbey Party Rentals again . . . thank you for your exceptional help and service with such a small order! It made me feel important regardless of order size!

We used Abbey's for our wedding 7.29.23. Cortnee was my POC and she was awesome! We updated our order multiple times and each time she was quick to send a new estimate without making me feel like an inconvenience. Rentals arrived on top and were beautifully cared for. Thank you Cortnee and team for helping to bring our day together. Cheers!
