They took my review down but I’ll keep reposting till corporate gets on them. I am a surrogate who was simply calling to follow up since no one called me like they stated last week. I was put on hold for 15mins so I hung up and recalled.i simply informed the lady that I was on hold for a min and just wanted a follow up, she starts to snap at me which was outta the blue! I asked to speak to the manager which she then claimed she was the manager and hung up on me. Not even a full minute later I get a call from the actual manager which is funny, who then try’s to say I called her employee out of her name!!! EXCUSE ME?!?! So, seriously what is the purpose of this establishment. Never available when you call, never around when you show up. Would give negative stars if I could. Doctor Lee is the only good thing about this location, nothing more.
