This is a nice place to live if you want to move into Downtown!!!!!! The team in the office is always ready to help with any situation. Joe is very funny and helpful and I've even seen Mike helping him clean around the property! Keep up the good work guys!
I would like to extend a big thank you to the 900 F Street Apartments management team. A special thank you to Jonathan for being attentive to our needs as well as getting our paperwork processed in record timing. My fiance and I recently rented a one bedroom on the 4th floor with great floor to ceiling windows and an amazing view. We love it here 900 F Street Apartments are very clean and secured and we are so excited to be starting the next chapter of our life here.

I am moving out of my apartment this Sunday and I wanted to write a view for the property. I want to start by recognizing our maintenance staff, Joe. He is the reason why I've stayed here for as long as I have (three years). Whenever I need something, he comes immediately and fixes whatever I need to be fixed. He is kind, polite, and works very hard. I appreciate Him so much and wish I could take him to my next apartment complex. Joe deserves to be recognized for his efforts and hard work and hope that this message can be passed onto the higher-ups at 900 F St.
