I really enjoyed my cute studio apartment. It was updated and well maintained. Maintenance was quick to arrive and resolve issues. The pool was clean and a nice atmosphere for relaxing.
The location is the only reason I gave this community 4 stars. East Village Downtown has its issues, but overall I felt safe at home here. I highly recommend this nice property to anyone looking for a new home.
This place is special and right away felt like this is where I am supposed to be. Kelly, thank you. Both of you girls just made me laugh so hard. Ivy and all, that was hilarious. This was the only one I wanted to see and had my heart on it, Kelly found me a better deal and that was epic. Has all the best amenities, pool, gym etc. I cant wait and thank you so much. Your staff is what makes it so special. Cant wait! Getting my dogs ready and will sign over! Big hugs! Looking forward to the beggining of the rest of our lives! Had a great tour with Rachel. HUGE SHOUT OUT to her and her skills on giving us an amazing tour of Form 15. We were greeted and given beverages when we arrived on a 90 degree day! While touring we passed a few residents who all knew Rachel and mentioned how great she. She was incredibly helpful and has an answer for every question I threw her way. I could tell She truly goes above and beyond to make sure every resident feels comfortable and welcome here. The pool area looked very clean and maintained and the gym was my favorite part! I will be renting here soon.
