We had a great experience from start to finish with 360 Windows and Doors. We had all 20 windows in our house replaced, as well as a sliding glass door. It was nice and refreshing that Zach took his time during the consultation to answer all our questions. Unlike other experiences we had, we were not upselled or pressured. He kindly took the time to review options and their respective features, and explained the installation process. The installation process went very well. As others have said, great communication and process with Zach. We will 100% be using 360 for our next project. What sealed the deal for us was the stucco work in addition to the new window. It made the whole thing 10x easier dealing with one person. Thank you Zach and team!
I got new two new doors about 6 months ago. A piece of trim on one of the thresholds was recently damaged and I texted asking about the part so I can fix it myself. We texted back and forth a bit and I thought we were done, but then two days later I got a text that they are just going to take care of the whole thing for me. They ordered an entire new threshold and are sending someone over to install it. They are going above and beyond how I would expect a company to stand behind their product.
