We had a great experience . Our 2021 Outback developed a transmission leak and it was fixed under warranty. It took a few days and they gave us a courtesy vehicle that was the same color and model as ours. The loaner was upgraded with leather and assorted tech goodies , almost made me want to trade in our old car for the newer one. John K in service was great !
I had a great experience at Kearny Mesa Subaru, and with my salesman Neil Isom. I walked in with the car. I wanted that I found online and within a few hours I was leaving with my new car.
The staff are incredibly welcoming and genuine, even after the sale had already been made. I was never pressured into anything, and I was able to take my time to make the right decisions. I was in the market for a second vehicle and all the people were worked with us on our first car remembered us, and treated us like family.
