I usually take my car to a brand specific dealership for repairs but while I was getting new tires I decided to walk over to this shop and ask about brakes. I’m so glad I did! Chris, Noe, and team were amazing and went the extra mile with my car. They were very transparent with each step and pricing as well. Don’t hesitate, choose this shop:)
Chris is amazing! After my mom went to her car dealership and they told her she needed $1,300 worth of work done, Chris thoroughly reviewed her car and ended up concluding that much of that work wasn't needed. She ended up paying 1/6 of what the original dealer quoted by coming to Napa Auto Care 1-Way Auto Clinic. Knowing she has a trustworthy, detailed and courteous mechanic to fix her car gives me great peace of mind.
The only reason that I didn't give five stars is because no person or business is perfect. However, 1 Way Auto is very close to 5-stars. Exceptional and honest service. Reasonably priced. Far better experience than the larger competitors.
