I needed shoulder surgery and wanted to strengthen my shoulder before the surgery, hoping for a better recovery. Ryan helped me so much I am no longer planning to have the surgery. I am pain free. I couldn't even lift a coffee cup when I started working with him. I have also gone to Ryan for back and knee issues and he has helped me tremendously.
