This company is family owned and operated with pride. Lori runs the office, and she works hard to provide an accurate estimate and to get you on the schedule. Plan to book early because they are busy. Frank and Jeremiah do the carpet cleaning. They are thorough and absolutely meticulous. They show up on time, keep working until the carpets are perfect, and leave the house spotless. Really a great local company.

I got my carpets cleaned recently with Frank. He did a miracle getting all the stains out. He went over and over and over the soiled areas and really took time and care smiling. He also repaired the carpet in one area by hand. I am a very happy customer. Thank you VERY MUCH Act 1 Carpet :-)
