Communication was excellent. By text and email I was kept informed about when they would arrive and how long it would take. Austin let me know he was on his way and arrived just as had been indicated. He told me what to expect and then did everything as stated. The results are great. Our carpets and rugs look so much better now than they did just 3 hours ago. I feel I got more than I paid for.
I use them a lot. Today we just needed the stairs & landings cleaned. They messaged when on their way & arrived during the time frame of the appointment. All clean! Repeat customer, just had them here again today. Here's my nice, clean stairs!
We used Coastal Green again & consistently they do a fantastic job!
Austin did a fantastic job with the cleaning of my 2 sofas, a chair and loveseat. He was very thorough and professional. I highly recommend him to clean any types of upholstery and carpet.
