Over the past year, my mobility, strength, and endurance have improved tremendously. As I’ve educated myself on effective cardio and toning exercises, it’s clear to me why I feel like an entirely upgraded version of myself. This progress is all thanks to Val and coming to his classes regularly. He has a great way of making exercise fun, which makes it easy to look forward to every session
I am very grateful for the class.
Regina was attentive and supportive — she gently corrected my posture when needed and regularly checked the room temperature to keep everyone comfortable throughout the session.
Her thoughtful guidance made a big difference in the overall experience.
