The receptionist was very hospitable as I was a bit late. I got seen pretty quickly to get my vitals as well as seeing the nurse practitioner. The nurse practitioner seem to be a little curt with me and felt a little intimidated. I hope to have a different experience next time, As I love this ability to have a quick walk-in appointment.

I am very grateful for the the Sutter walk-in care located in San Bruno off of Cherry Avenue! I am grateful because it has become increasingly difficult to get appointments with our doctors in general. Thankfully, they are here to assist on a daily basis, whereas having to wait for an appointment 2 to 3 weeks has become the new norm. A big thank you to the team of nurses, doctors and receptionist who are on this team at this location!

Brought kiddos in for flu shots. We arrived a little earlier but were checked in right away. Rooms were all modern and nicely kept. Nurses were friendly and efficient. My kids were a little scared first. She was able to calm them down and get the shots done very quickly. I walked away feeling relieved. Thank you for handling their shots.
