The staff here are amazing, please be "patient" with them. Very smart move by Kaiser to house this up the hill from the medical buildings and with their own parking (which they are resurfacing this week so just park by PetCo off O'farrell Street). Lowest volume times are 12:30-1pm so far this flu season, regardless of what you read online for these locations and when they take lunch.

It's Sept 30th, time to get the flu & Covid shots. This location conveniently offers both shots with easy parking in carpark D & E, where you can just walk down the stairs to the clinic. Been here since 9:15am, the lines may look long but it moves pretty quickly. Waited 20 mins and almost at the door. Heart wellness Fair Passport to Wellness is on at the same time. Kaiser believes in prevention and these check ups helps us to take care of ourselves before things get worse. Do 4 of the 8 things in the passport and get a free gift. Needed to get my booster, plenty of appointments, not overbooked. Very kind staff & security at entrance will direct to to check in. If driving you can access free parking at Presidio & Geary intersection or from O'Farrell street side at Target. The lot goes all the way around, enter or exit on either side. Nearest bus is of course 38 Geary.
